Office park ‘Haven Zeven’ (Harbour Seven) in the city of Waalwijk is the location of the brand new office of Unisoft Retail Solutions.
The new headquarters next to the A59 highway is a characteristic building with an extraordinary side façade. The design, by Arceau Architects, is completed by a glass art object by Ellen Brouwers on the side façade.
Unisoft aims to breathe innovation, and innovation also means sustainability. The contribution of the durable Slimline floor system, environmentally friendly fixtures and advanced climate control using geothermal energyand naturalcooling led to a green subsidy award by the Dutch government.
